Students in several different PLHS Biology classes

There's always something interesting going on in our classrooms! This month, students in several different PLHS Biology classes turned to hands-on experiments to learn their content. In Honors Anatomy and Physiology, students dissected pigs to practice finding and identifying organs. In 9th grade Biology, students learned about cells by using microscopes to study limb regeneration in Planarian flatworms. They also extracted DNA from strawberries to study DNA makeup and structure. See them get hands-on here! #PLCSGreat
