On Tuesday, April 22, Papillion-La Vista South High School standouts, including Carson Brachtel, competed in an NCAA Division III baseball game for Buena Vista Beavers

On Tuesday, April 22, four former Papillion-La Vista South High School standouts, including Carson Brachtel, Dylan Johnson, Johnny Vallinch and Logan Lape-Brinkman’s current college team, the Buena Vista Beavers, won 8-4 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Wartburg Knights.

The game took place at Harms Stadium at Hertel Field. This was their third matchup against the Knights this season.

The Beavers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 25 at 1 p.m. at Dan W. Runkle Baseball Field against Dubuque Spartans.
