On Friday, April 4, Gretna High School standouts, including Brayden Chaney, competed in an NCAA Division II baseball game for Wayne State Wildcats

On Friday, April 4, three former Gretna High School standouts, including Brayden Chaney, Jackson Shelburne and Keagan McLaughlin’s current college team, the Wayne State Wildcats, won 13-6 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Minnesota Duluth Bulldogs.

The game took place at Pete Chapman Complex. This was their first matchup against the Bulldogs this season.

The Wildcats’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 5 at 12 p.m. at Pete Chapman Complex against Minnesota Duluth Bulldogs.
