Gretna High School was well-represented by Brayden Chaney and two former teammates now on Wayne State Wildcats during the NCAA Division II baseball game on Saturday, Feb. 22

On Saturday, Feb. 22, three former Gretna High School standouts, including Brayden Chaney, Jackson Shelburne and Keagan McLaughlin’s current college team, the Wayne State Wildcats, won 12-1 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Minnesota Crookston Golden Eagles.

The game took place at Hobbs Field. This was their first matchup against the Golden Eagles this season.

The Wildcats’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 23 at 1 p.m. at Hobbs Field against Minnesota Crookston Golden Eagles.
