In the fourth quarter of 2023, Hillcrest Shadow Lake, LLC stood out as the second largest nursing home in Sarpy County, according to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).

Data shows that the nursing center had a total of 114 beds available, 17 more than the average in Sarpy County as of the fourth quarter of 2023. They aided an average of 100 residents during that period.

Hillcrest Shadow Lake, LLC had an overall rating of 3 from the CMS, which is on level with the average of 3 recorded for nursing homes in Nebraska.

During the quarter, Hillcrest Health and Rehabilitation stood out as the largest nursing home in Sarpy County, with 151 beds available. Papillion Manor came in third place, with 110 beds available.

As of the fourth quarter of 2023, Hillcrest Shadow Lake, LLC achieved a zero-incident record for fines and penalties.

In total, there were five for-profit nursing homes in Sarpy County, Nebraska.

But when you need that type of care, there are limited options.”
