Dec. 1: Complete a standing overhead full body stretch
Dec. 2: 2 large arm circles (forward and backwards)
Dec. 3: 3 high knee steps (both knees)
Dec. 4: 4 lateral lunges (both sides)
Dec. 5: 5 squats
Dec. 6: 6 rounds of deep breaths
Dec. 7: 7 pushups
Dec. 8: 8 triceps overhead extensions
Dec. 9: 9 present pick-ups (pick up a gift and press overhead)
Dec. 10: 10 crunches
Dec. 11: 11 bicep curls
