Cycle Workout
- Sprint 8 on the bike

Body Pump Workout
Body Pump Equipment needed - bar, bench, plates, mat
Warm Up, 2 sets
10 squat + 10 upright row + 10 lunge + 10 dead row
Circuit, 3-4 sets
- Squat 15 reps
- Chest 10 push up + 10 chest press.
- Back 10 deadlift + 10 dead row + 10 clean/press.
Triceps, 3-4 sets
- 10 overhead tricep extension + 10 kick back
Biceps, 3-4 sets
- 15 barbell curls
Lunges, 2-3 sets
- 20 alternating lunges + 10 right/10 left stationary lunge
Shoulders, 2-3 sets
- 10 upright row + 10 overhead press + 10 side raise
Core, 4 sets
- 10 hip bridge + 10 c-crunch + 30 second plank
