Sarpy County Update: Treasurer's Office focuses on customer service, reduces wait times

Recently, the Treasurer’s Office served 831 customers in-person, with an average wait time of just over two minutes for a new vehicle registration and just under two minutes for a renewal. The office's busiest months average 630 customers per day, so serving 831 people in one day with almost no wait times was a major accomplishment
